SZLH350 high grade ring die pellet mill is mainly used for medium sized feed mills producing kinds of granule feed which can reduce the cost. It is suitable for chicken, duck, goose, pig, cattle, sheep, fish, shrimp, crab breeding and etc.

2. The main transmission casing is made by casting with large bearing, good stability, long service life.
3. Gear directly-connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency; the capacity could be 15% higher than belt pellet mill, High precision aircraft grade gear grinding process is adopted for ensure the stable and low noisy gear driving.
4.the feeding system of this machine is controlled by stepless variable frequency motor, and easy to adjust the speed.
5. Be equipped with friction plate which will broke if main motor overloaded to protection.

How to inspect pellet quality for feed factory
There is no unified standard for the determination of pellet feed quality at present. In addition to the general quality of feed, the quality of pellet feed is generally considered to include the following aspects: sensory index, pulverization rate, hardness, moisture content, durability, bulk density and so on. For fish and shrimp feed, the water stability, water resistance, sedimentation and dissolution should also be determined.
On-site inspection(beside pellet mill)1. Temperature: the temperature of the wet powder after conditioning, the temperature varies according to the formula (generally 4.5-ring die chicken feed temperature not less than 80 degrees, 3.0-ring die pig feed not less than 70 degrees, product adding enzyme temperature not more than 80 degrees) .
2. Moisture: before going into cooler, the moisture content of the particles after granulating. An effective test is to crush a hot particle between the thumb and forefinger into a pancake shape. If it is putty-like in viscosity and does not break, it indicates that the moisture content is in place; otherwise the steam still needs to be added.
3. Color: the color of the particles varies with the ingredients in the formula, and for the same formula (the same breed of formula) , the color will generally not change much.
4, particle size: the particle length usually is 2-3times of ring die diameter, according to different material number has different requirements.
Inspection on cooler
1. Temperature: after cooling the temperature of particles (generally for room temperature + 5 degrees) , through the detection of temperature here can find if cooler level adjustment is reasonable, cooler operation is normal.
2. Particle size: refers to the uniformity of the broken material, it can reflect whether the adjustment of the broken roller is normal, whether the roller is off-track phenomenon.
3, hardness: particle hardness is not high is the direct cause of the powder.
Inspection on packing section
1. Flour content: the percentage of 1.4 mm material after sifting
2. Heteromere: whether there are flower particles, mixed.
Inspection in lab
1. Moisture: use an infrared drying lamp to dry and detect moisture.
2. Use a pressure gauge to measure the hardness of the feed pellets.
3. Check the content of protein, fat and salt in feed.
4, all the indicators can be qualified for factory sales.
