Definition of normal aqua feed:
The ordinary aqua feed is referred to the sinking pellet feed for ordinary fish types( like four major Chinese carps).
Raw material:
Normal aqua feed mainly take protein as raw materials, including grains, cake meal, rice bran, bran, blood meal, fat, antibiotics, vitamins and so on.
Introduction of process:
Ordinary aqua feed is characterized by fine grinding fineness (hammer mill screen size 0.8- 2.0 mm), high curing conditioning requirements (using double jacket conditioners), small pellet diameter (particle diameter of about 2-4.0 mm). The 3set SZLH420 normal aqua feed plant was designed to produce 18-24t /h, using three micro-crushing lines, two batching and mixing line,thee granulating lines and two packaging lines. The total power of the equipment is about :1100KW;The construction area of the production area is about 22.5x24.5x31.8m (high);allocated with 2T boiler. The 3set SZLH420 normal aqua feed plant with 18-24T/H capacity is with compact engineering design, reasonable structure, meeting environmental protection requirements, and can be designed according to customer requirements.

Process introduction:
Raw material receiving and cleaning process
The cleaning effect is to Clean the impurities in the feed, including big impurities, such as rope, clods, corn cob and other nonmagnetic impurity and nails, such as magnetic impurities, so as to ensure the quality of the product and work safety of subsequent processing equipment. In this process of 18-24T/H 3set SZLH420 normal aqua feed plant it includes granule feeding cleaning and powder feeding cleaning.
Cleaning equipment: granule sieve SCY80, designed to produce 20-30t /H; Powder sieve SQLZ90X80X110, designed to produce 30-40t /H.
Grinding process
The effect of crushing is to increase the specific surface area of feed, which is beneficial to animal digestion and absorption, improve and raise the processing performance of materials. The grinding process in this 18-24T/H 3set SZLH420 normal aqua feed plant uses two hammer mills, and there are four pre-bins on the top of the hammer mill. The material is removed impurities by magnetic separation device before entering the bins to ensure the safe operation of hammer mill. After the removal of materials go into the crushing bin for crushing. After crushing, the materials are respectively transported by the screw conveyor into the bucket elevator and introduced into the batching bins by the rotary distributor. In addition to the screw conveyor, the material after crushing is also equipped with an auxiliary air suction system ensure the well discharging.

Batching and mixing process:
The ingredients are formulated according to different animal nutrition requirements and are accurately weighed using a specific device. Mixing is a kind of operation in which all kinds of feed materials are mixed with each other under the action of external forces after the measurement of the ingredients. In this section, four batching scales and 36 batching bins are used, among which small materials are added manually and equipped with inspection scales. The material ingredients are mixed into the mixing machine, and finally the material is output through scraping machine and lifting.
Weighing equipment: PCS15/PCS10 batching scale, accuracy ≤3‰.
Mixing equipment: 2 set of Mixer SHSJ3, 22KW, 1500kg/P, designed to produce 24-30T /H.CV of mixing ≤ 5%.
Pelleting process:
The purpose of the pelleting is to be pressed into pellet feet, by using of finely, easy to dust, poor palatability and difficult to shipment of feed, and using the pelleting process of heat, moisture and stress, to improve feed palatability, reduce feed conversion rate, reduce feed waste, and reduce the pollution of the environment. In this section, three double-layers jacket conditioners SZLH420 pellet mill, and 6 pre-pelleting bins are set up for granulation. After granulation, the pellet are respectively put into 3 coolers , and then the product is lfted into the rotary screeners for screening. The finished product is entered into packing bins, and the rest are returned to granulation.
Pelleting equipment: SZLH420, 110KW, 5-6T /H.
Cooling equipment: SKLB4, 1.1kw, 4m³ capacity, designed to produce 6-8t /h.
Packing process:
There can be one more screening process before the pellet packed to screen the fine powder out. The pellet feed or mesh feed could be packed and stacked directly. The feed shall be packed by electronic automatic bagging machines, and the finished products that do not need to be packed shall be shipped by bulk trucks.
packaging equipment: belt scale, packing range 20-50kg/ bag, 6-8 bags/min.
Auxiliary process
In this 18-24T/H 3set SZLH420 normal aqua feed plant, the dedusting system and the dust removal at bagging site can improve the workers' environment. Oil adding system, water adding system and the normal adding inlet of mixer can improve the feed's palatability.
