Flat die organic fertilizer pellet machine
Introduction:
Our pellet machine adopted the technology from Germany. And our patent--Taper Shape Rollers reduce the friction between the die and the rollers a lot, the lifetime of the die and rollers lengthened a lot.
Characteristics:
1. Standing out from other supplier is that Flat die pellet mill added automatical lubricated rollers, gear and vertical shaft systems. The hydraulic pump can adjust the rollers and flat die pressure automatically. The technic is unique and more convinient to operate.
2. The flat die and three rollers have the unique advantages to press crude fiber than ring die pellet mill and other equipments
3. Materials keep dry when gonging into and coming out of the pellet mill, and there is no need to dry it (moisture of raw material≥ 13%). It is used with motor or diesel engine. The output volume is high, energy consumption is low and the operation is convenient.
4. Complete low-temperature drying, cooling, screen the whole process for one time. Invests few, consumption is low. Microorganism fungus survival rate>90%.
Application:
Flat die pellet mills can make feed from corn, soybean, and so on. Also it can be used for making biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer and etc. The following specifications about the capacity are for wood pellet, if the machines are used for making feed pellets or fertilizer pellets, the capacity will be doubled or three times.
