   RANICHE LQX model Crate Washer is widely applied for washing crates in slaughterhouse. It consist of main frames, spraying washing room, chain conveying system, water supplying system and rolling filtering system.

   The crate moves forward under the driving of conveying chain, washed by the high pressure spraying water when it moves thorough the spraying washing room and then delivered to the next process to achieve continuous production.

The washing water will drop thorough rolli filter for discharging the sundries, and the drop into the water tank for cyclic utilization by the centrifugal water pump.  

   This Crate Washer is fully made of 304 stainless steel, high corrosion resistance, reliable performance, stable running, high efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption, easy operation and maintenance.
