Description
1. Temperature: the temperature of the wet powder after conditioning, the temperature varies according to the formula (generally 4.5-ring die chicken feed temperature not less than 80 degrees, 3.0-ring die pig feed not less than 70 degrees, product adding enzyme temperature not more than 80 degrees) .
2. Moisture: before going into cooler, the moisture content of the particles after granulating. An effective test is to crush a hot particle between the thumb and forefinger into a pancake shape. If it is putty-like in viscosity and does not break, it indicates that the moisture content is in place; otherwise the steam still needs to be added.
3. Color: the color of the particles varies with the ingredients in the formula, and for the same formula (the same breed of formula) , the color will generally not change much.

Inspection on cooler

Inspection in lab

2. Use a pressure gauge to measure the hardness of the feed pellets.
3. Check the content of protein, fat and salt in feed.
