Besides the conventional organic fertilizer granulator, our new type pellet mill is also applicable for organic fertilizer granulation after the fermentation of raw materials, which fills in the gaps of vertical feeding in ring die pelletizing. It can granulate all kinds of fermented organic materials like livestock and poultry manure, crop straws, bentonite, organic city wastes, etc. without prior drying. This fertilizer pellet mill has unique design, can finish low-temperature drying, cooling and sieving at one time. And the survival rate of microbial flora is more than 90%.
Application of Organic Fertilizer Pellet Machine:
Organic fertilizer pellet machine can be used for making feed pellets, widely used in stock-breeding, small, medium and large sized farms, feed mills, etc.
It is also suitable for granulating the organic wastes from brewing industry, sugar industry, paper industry, medical industry, cigarette factory, etc.
