Q1: Can I put my brand name on the equipments instead of your brand name ?
A: Yes. Many dealers sell our products with their own brand name.Some have design modifications to meet their unique needs. We are welcome OEM orders.

Q2: Are you factory?
A: Yes, " Cajoe" is a manufacturer(factory).We have our own moulding and producing workshops, including laser cutting workshop, hardware workshop, shot blosting workshop and painting workshop. All things are controled by ourselves.

Q3: Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, we accepet sample order. We understand that many clients need to get sample for quality check.

Q4: Do you have R&D departmemt?
A: Yes. We have a strong team of R&D From drawing to sample.

Q5: How long does it take for the ODM sample?
A: 7-14 days.

Q6: How long will it take for normal order?
A: 30-45 days after prepare payment.

Q7: Does your packaging pass drop test of E-commerce?
A: Yes. Our packaging passed drop test of E-commerce.

Q8: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, One pcs for sample checking is available, and try order is welcome too.

Q9: Can I get a sole distribution right for one product in my country ?
A: It depends on actual conditiion. Please talk to our sales for details.
