Broiler can be raised in 2 types, one is floor raising, the other is cage raising.
Compared with floor raising, the cage raising has below strength.
1. Save space
2. Clean growing environmental situation
3. Higher meat: feed scale=1:1.5
4. Lower mortality (<2%)
5. Easy to manage
Introduction of cage system
*Generally is 3-4 tires, one standard broiler shed can raise 30000 broilers.
*With auto feeding, drinking, and manure cleaning system.
Specification
a.Each tier equip with two water lines and one feeding line.There are 2 feeding pans
and 12 nipples for drinking.
b.The max raising density is 50kg/m2.The raising quantity per tier is up to the adult
broiler weight.
c. Feeding has pan feeding type and feed trought type.
* The cage are whole galvanized to prevent rust.
* We can design the cage size according to your shed size.
We can offer the prefab building shed with full set EC shed equipment such as ventilation, cooling, heating, lighting, foging sytems, etc.
